HQ pipeline is a professional manufacturers & exporters of all kinds of pipeline products in China, mainly specializing in pipe fittings(malleable iron pipe fittings, grooved fittings, stainless steel fittings), pipe hangers and clamps, pipe preparation machines(pipe grooving machines, pipe cuttings machines, hole cutting machines, pipe threading machines), valves(Butterfly valves, Gate valves, Check valves, Global valves, Y strainers both flange and groove end), casting OEM service and so on, which are wildly used in the area of fire fighting, drainage, central air conditioning, mining, chemical industry and electricity etc.
Our plants are well equipped with advanced production equipment lines: all castings (fittings, valves, machines, clamps) are produced by the advanced casting tooling of electric furnace melting, auto-casting lines; CNC machines to make mouldings and CNC lathes for machining; epoxy & painting lines. The DISA automatic casting lines, horizontal parted automatic Molding Line, systematic and advanced casting technology guaranteed our lasting good quality; CAD CNC machining tools, Automatic rubber injection molding production equipment, and Large-scale coating production line more guaranteed we stand in the front of the same industry.
We also have strong technical force and independent research institution, with the ability of own development, design and inspection, have got many national patent. Through continuous input of R&D, we strive to technical innovation, and develops new products constantly, provide OEM/ODM service for non-standard products according to customer's drawings or samples.
